A mixed-media artist who bases her artworks on the Oxfordshire landscape. Her practice consists of contemporary and traditional techniques, including photography, squeegeeing an image through a screen, painting with a kaleidoscope of acrylic colours, and spray painting. Through collage, painting and screen-printing, Imogen explores shape, form and colour to produce abstract designs. Her primary source of inspiration is nature and colour; she loves experimenting with different palettes and strongly believes that colour plays a very important role in our lives. Imogen has an eye for composition and discerning and arranging colour, which she uses to interpret and reflect her surroundings.

“Every mark I make is a reaction to the natural dialogue that is appearing before me. I like to work with the colours I can see as well as the ones that have been stimulated by my other senses.”
